Your opinion comes first
Rankd is about what you think of music, not how much of it you play. Your ratings, rankings and reviews are what your profile, your Taste Matches and your Monthly Recap are made of.
An independent app for people who love music
Rankd is where music people rate albums, rank songs and compare taste with friends. It’s made independently — no big company behind it, just Rankd and the people who use it.
Who makes Rankd
Rankd is designed, built and run independently. The iPhone app, Rankd Web and everything behind them are made in-house, and the people who rate on Rankd shape what comes next.
The first people to join became Rankd’s Founding Members, and the community has helped decide much of what Rankd is today.
What Rankd stands for
Free to use
Rankd is free to download and use, and ads keep it that way. Rankd+ adds optional extras for people who want more; everything you need to rate, rank and share is free.
Private when you want it
Lists can be public or private, and private stays private. You can export a copy of your data from Settings at any time, and deleting your account deletes it.
Built with its listeners
Ideas, bug reports and feature requests come straight from the Rankd community on Discord, and real people answer support.
